| A Simple student at Shibusen, Haley is simply a girl who blows up whatever she touches. Well, she doesn't mean it. It just sort of happens. She says she's accident prone. You say she's just crazy. You also wouldn't believe how terrible her luck is. She has what probably is the worst luck in the history of history itself. That's some pretty bad luck.
